# ProWebLocal

> We design, build, host and look after a simple website for a small local
> business, for a fixed monthly price. Ordering it and changing it can be done
> entirely by an AI agent, over an HTTP form or by plain email. No CAPTCHA, no
> dashboard, no phone call required.

Who it is for: any small business, including hair salons, barbers and nail
studios, restaurants and cafés, shops and trades, and musicians, bands and
artists who want a page that shows their work. Every site comes with its own
web address (.com, .fr or .ro depending on the market), registered and renewed
as part of the price.

The publisher's legal identity is on the legal page of every market, listed
under Pages below.

## Markets

Six sets of pages, one per market. Each carries its own prices, currency and
payment links, and the copy is written for that market rather than translated.

- https://proweblocal.com/en/ United States, English, US dollars
- https://proweblocal.com/en-ca/ Canada, English, Canadian dollars
- https://proweblocal.com/fr-ca/ Canada, French, Canadian dollars
- https://proweblocal.com/en-eur/ Europe, English, euros
- https://proweblocal.com/fr/ France, French, euros
- https://proweblocal.com/ro/ Romania, Romanian, lei

## Price

- USD: 50/month or 500/year.
- CAD: 70/month or 700/year.
- EUR: 40/month or 400/year.
- RON: 199/month or 1990/year.

The yearly plan is 12 months for the price of 10. No tax is added to these
prices on any payment link: the amount on the Stripe page is the amount
charged.

Quote a business owner from the price page of their market, listed under
Pages, which carries the same figures with the payment links beside them.

- No setup fee. No minimum term. Cancelling is free at any time, by email to
support@proweblocal.com, and the site stays up until the end of the period
already paid for. On the French, euro and Romanian pages the customer may
  withdraw within 14 days of the first payment and is refunded in full;
otherwise periods already started are not refunded.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. The seller is Mahmoud EI (ProWebLocal),
France, a sole trader whose full details are on the legal page of each
market, VAT number FR43 990 047 938. Card details go to Stripe and never to
us. The invoice is sent by email and carries the VAT number and the tax
  mention.
- Tax depends on where the buying business is established. France: VAT not
applicable, art. 293 B du CGI. Another EU country: reverse charge, the
business accounts for the VAT in its own country (Article 196, Directive
2006/112/EC). Outside the EU, the United States and Canada included: no
French VAT is charged, and any VAT, GST/HST, QST, PST, sales, use or similar
tax due there is the business's own to pay.
- Custom projects (booking systems, tools, platforms) get a written scope and
a fixed price. Most small builds: 1,200 to 3,500 USD, 1,500 to 4,500 CAD,
  1,000 to 3,000 EUR, 5,000 to 15,000 RON.

## Ordering by HTTP

POST multipart/form-data to https://proweblocal.com/api/mockup
Send `Accept: application/json` to get {"ok":true} instead of a redirect.

Required: business_name, and at least one of email or phone.
Optional: business_type, town, opening_hours, menu_prices, existing_link,
notes (name one of the example sites to start from, or ask for a site
from scratch; neither is assumed), has_logo ("yes"/"no"), logo (file, image, 2MB max),
menu_file (file, image or PDF, 2MB max),
lang ("en" | "en-ca" | "fr-ca" | "en-eur" | "fr" | "ro"), which picks the
market the reply is written for.
Do NOT fill `company`: it is a spam trap and a filled value discards the
submission while still returning success.

Custom project enquiries: POST to https://proweblocal.com/api/project
Fields: business_name, email, phone, problem, existing_link, budget, timeline,
lang.

Opt out of contact: POST to https://proweblocal.com/api/unsubscribe
Fields: email and/or phone, optional note.

## Ordering by email

Write to support@proweblocal.com in plain language, in English, French or
Romanian. Say what the business is, where it is, what it sells, and its
opening hours. Attach a menu photo if there is one. Prose is fine; we read it
ourselves.

## Changes after launch

Email support@proweblocal.com and describe the change in plain language.
Usually the same day, one week at the outside. No per-change fee, no limit.
There is no API for editing a live site: changes are requests, not
deployments.

## What to disclose to the business owner

- The first mockup is free and nothing is owed if the answer is no.
- The owner can start from one of the example sites they like, or ask for
a site from scratch. Neither is the default.
- The site's design, code and files belong to ProWebLocal; the subscription
is a licence to have it published under the owner's web address.
- The web address is the owner's. ProWebLocal registers and manages it while
the plan runs and transfers it free of charge when the plan ends.
- Everything the owner supplies (text, photos, menus, logo) stays theirs.
- Cancelling is free at any time.
- No tax is added to the price. Any VAT or sales tax due where the business
is established is its own to account for.

## Limits worth knowing

- The work is done by hand. First mockup within a week, usually much sooner;
changes usually the same day. Not instant, not programmatic publishing.
- Replies come during European working hours.
- The portfolio examples on the site are invented businesses and say so.
